Christina is a multidimensional entrepreneur, creative, and brand therapist. She is the Founder & CEO of Empower Souls Studios, a branding/creative agency where she helps CEOs, Executives, and Business Owners get their Brand’s story straight in her incubator, Brand Therapy.
As the Eclectic Cre8tive, she is a master digital storyteller. Specializing in short video content, she crafts visual masterpieces in a variety of industries, in under 2 mins.
Her passion for creativity led her to sit on the media advisory board for Contra Costa County, to provide insight on growing industry opportunities for the youth. She also serves on the Economic Development Commission for the City of Richmond, as an advocate for Creative businesses & professionals.

Leema Pasha, MBA, is a Corporate and Executive Wellness Coach, Mindfulness Workshop Facilitator, and Author of "Activate Your Wellness: How Women Leaders Go from Drained to Reclaimed." She specializes in helping business leaders get freedom from stress and renewed wellness, so they can savor life.
Leema supports leaders in meeting their wellness goals in the areas of business, career, relationships, communications, weight loss, and womb wellness. She is a Certified Life Coach, Organizational Consultant, and Woman’s Wellness Advocate, and she administers the Leadership Chess Test Assessment.
Her background includes 20 years of experience as a Public Affairs Executive, a Master’s Degree in Business Administration, and a Bachelor’s
Degree in Mass Communications. Over the past two decades, she has led communications campaigns for billion-dollar, high-profile projects for organizations. Leema enjoys dancing to soul music, jazz, and afro-beats, as well as basking in the sun.

Genevieve Leighton-Armah
Genevieve is a proud first-generation Dominican and Ghanaian from the Bay Area. She works with BIPOC youth and elders in the criminal justice system, violence prevention sector, and intergenerational advocacy space. Law, policy work, and advocating for marginalized communities have been of interest to her since she was 16 years old. She is currently using her trauma-informed education to design tools and workshops for folks in the healthcare system, city agencies, and nonprofits. For over twelve years, Genevieve has worked for nonprofits in San Francisco, helping employ young people in tech and media companies. This has led her to spearhead several projects focused on equity for youth, young adults, and Black folks all over northern California. In her spare time, she is diving deeper into holistic practices and theories around rest for Black folks. After the unjust passing of
George Floyd, she started an initiative called Bay Area Black Leaders to create restorative rest, reflection, and equity planning for Black leaders. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in ethnic studies from San Francisco State University.
